It’ll be here before we know it. Got your spot picked out? I like to be by myself during early dove. Found that hard to do here in North Phoenix.
I've been out looking at a few spots on my own, trying to dodge the crowds and find those spots where the birds tend to gather. I've noticed that agricultural edges and desert washes near water are usually the sweet spots. Sometimes it's not even about finding that perfect field, it's all about being there at the right timeIt'll be here before we know it. Got your spot picked out? I live out in Yuma and the Dove hunting here is PHENOMENAL!! I tend to go east of here and there's a lot of activity out where I go.It can be a bit of a challenge to explore North Phoenix, but I've learned that venturing a bit east or south can really open up some great options. There are some hidden gems that aren't swarming with people, and the scenery is just as gorgeous. And who knows? You might even spot some wildlife while you're out there soaking it all in.
