Yeah, the prices are all over the place. Lot's of places were bought up and used as AirBNBs. We got lucky and got a decent price on a place back in 2015.

That's about when we were looking. I remember a place that had backyard space to build a pole barn for my knife business. It was about 165K. A yr later it was twice that. Glad you found your spot when you did.

I am deeply conflicted when it comes to the whole ASU vs UA drama.

My Dad went to ASU, my Mom to the UA.

I was born in Tempe, later moved to Tucson.

Went to ASU for 2 years, the down to the UA to get a BA and go to law school.

I need a t shirt for events with ASU on one side and the UA on the other (won't say which one will be on the front).
