What's your unique Thanksgiving tradition?

What about your family? Do you have any unique Thanksgiving traditions? Ours, once we finish eating and have dessert, we draw names for our Secret Santa. If we opt for the fake Christmas tree that year, the family members who aren’t in the kitchen will take the whole day to set it up and decorate it

I never ever considered combining fresh roasted green chiles with turkey, but now I’m left wondering how I’ve gone this long without it. I’m a big fan of anything spicy, and I can just imagine that smoky chile flavor transforming a basic turkey sandwich into something amazing. This might just become my new favorite post-Thanksgiving tradition!
