Does anyone else wake up feeling achy for no apparent reason?

I guess I'm getting older! I didn't do anything too intense yesterday, but today my back is really bothering me. Does this happen to anyone else often?

Yes we all are a day older with pains even in Arizona. Welcome to old age. The good news if you're lucky we still can remember when we woke up pain free for a early morning hunt.

Reminds me of a scene from "Second Hand Lions". Duvall keeps walking in his sleep, going out to the pond to relive some of his younger self. and believing he's in sword fights. Then the next morn at breakfast he complains about waking up sore and blames the new mattress.

And, if you haven't scene it here's a short clip from what may be one of the best movie speeches ever!

My sister was always tired and achy at the age of 61. She found out she had stage 3 Colon Cancer and died at 64! Just a thought you might get checked out! Even if you do it in a BOX and send it in. Medicare paid for mine and came back OK. Check on it one way or the other!

This happens as we age and get locked into our comfortable lifestyle.(don't ask me how I know). Last October, after watching all these old people my age barely being able to walk past my art booth, I made up my mind that I was not going to be like that. I had an assessment done by a personal trainer(my son) and started a weight and mobility training regimen. Now I can easily handle boat batteries and other heavy lifting as well as getting around without my knees cracking anymore. Wish I had started in my 60's !
