Can you tell us about a time when you encountered a reliability problem and how you managed to resolve it?
Sounds like it’s training for “surprise reloads.” I’d send it back again...politely persistent winssecuirty 9 w/n lock back after last round. I sent it to ruger, they said they changed the slide lock and slide lock spring. Took it out to the range and it failed. Called ruger and they sent me 2 15 round magazines, not much of a difference it still does not lock back consistently.
Funny how you can feel the difference immediately just by racking the slide. Glad Ruger stepped up and got your pistol running right again! Credit to themSo, I sent it back to ruger and this time they changed the slide and barrel. As soon as i got it back and racked the slide I new it was fixed, it just felt better, and subsequent shooting sessions proved it. Not sure what it was, but it was a thing. I do like shooting the pistol and I am glad it was resolved. Cheers to Ruger!
