I lost a battery cap to one of my red dots and another was hard to put off and on. Contacted Vortex and told them what I needed. They E-mailed me back and said keep an eye on your mailbox. Great customer service.

Vortex is great, replaced my red dot's battery door in a week, no cost. Their warranty is legit, never had an issue. That red dot still working good for you?
