For those of you who’ve put together a 10–12" AR, what parts combo helped you achieve consistent function without dealing with excessive blowback? I’m looking for practical tuning recipes that have stood the test of time.

I run an 11.5" with an H3 buffer, Tubbs spring, and a precisely tuned AGB. The port is set to the standard .070".
